HAIU on strike!

I'm the first person to arrive at my office in the morning. So every morning, I get to the office, and have to clean yesterday's coffee grounds and leftover coffee out of the pot, before making the coffee for everyone. Recently I volunteered to buy the coffee, on the condition that someone else would clean the pot at the end of the day.

This Monday when I arrived, the coffee pot had not been cleaned from Friday. Same thing happened Tuesday and Wednesday.

So I declared a strike of the HAIU (heating appliances international union). I made some picket signs out of notecards taped to pens.

Coffee Pot

Then I made a pot of coffee, poured some for myself, and hid it before any of the coffee drinkers arrived. I think they got the point!
