Where is Liam's Nose?

We were playing the game last night, where is Liam's ____? He did foot and ear. Then I said, "Where is Liam's nose?" And he took his index finger and shoved it right up his nostril.

We are also asking, where is Liam's tooth? Specifically, his lower right incisor. He has the other three, and he looks like he's ready to tear into a big hunk of meat. But this last one has been reluctant to emerge, and it's been really hard on the little carnivore. Fever, rash, drooling like a fountain; all the typical stuff, but amplified.
