Stuff Timothy Says

Timothy has been delivering some fine monologues. Yesterday it was about his fantasy in which our family gets a large black dog named Barker. He shared a list of pet supplies we were going to need, which lasted 13 blocks and 4 stoplights.

Then today, it was an imaginary creature called a snoat. I'm not sure if I got the description word for word, but here's my best shot. "A snoat is nocturnal. It is a little bit smaller than a horse and it is an omnivore and that means it eats plants and meat but it doesn't eat everything, like towels, and I eat spinach and lettuce and those are plants and I also eat meat so I am an omnivore. Some day I'm gonna be bigger than you, Mama."

For bedtime prayers, we were saying thanks for a few of the ordinary things, and TJ threw in, "And God? Thanks for car insurance."
