August Memories

This must be true, right? That when we look back on August of 2012, no one will remember how messy the house was, the piles of laundry, the plants wilting for lack of water. Instead we will remember that we won a fish in a carnival game and carried it around the county fair, made our own butter using a jar and a marble, watched the Olympics together, and threw a birthday party for the stuffed animals.
