A couple weeks ago, my baby abruptly started sticking out. On a Thursday I wore my regular clothes to work. The following Monday, nothing in my closet would fit, and I had to break out the maternity clothes.
Then it was time to have a look at the little person. We had a totally routine ultrasound, and we know the sex, but I'm not posting it here because some people don't want to know yet. Since Liam's ultrasound three years ago, the equipment has been upgraded, and now they can see a lot more detail as well as freaky 3-D images.
Liam asked me if I would please open my tummy so he could see his baby. I tried to explain that the pictures were taken with a special camera that can see inside people, but I think it was over his head.
