So the Virgin Mary was driving the schoolbus...

It's not the beginning of a bad joke, it's the beginning of an episode of Make-Believe with Liam. You may remember hearing about the "Little People" nativity set he got for Christmas last year, which we didn't take out of the box, because he was having so much fun perching on top of it and shrieking.

This week we finally opened it. As I handed Liam each piece, he would greet it: "Hi, tamel. Hi sepherd." And then he would show it around the house. "Cow, see pizza?" We were cooking a pizza at the time, and Liam would bring the various characters over and let them look in the window of the oven.

Later we found out that Mary, with her arms outstretched in reverence, can double as a bus driver. Her arms are in just the right position for the steering wheel. And Baby Jesus fits nicely in the wheelchair compartment in the back.
